Laying in bed listening lightly to Jack Johnson and the sound of the rain tapping on the roof with faint thunder in the distance. What could be better to sooth the soul than this. Everyone have a great night, peace :)

Gym and beach are the only two activitys I did today and I wouldn’t have spent it any other way!getting closer and closer to the target fitness goal and relaxed well passed the sunset at the beach, met a homeless man that weaves hats out of palm leaves so naturally I had to have one lol. Picked up a bunch of trash (which I recommend everyone to do, after all we all like to enjoy the natural beauty). After that i Hit up the kava bar for a little while, that’s always relaxing. Figured I’d share and hope everyone has had a similar relaxing day as well :) PEACE

Today went a lot better than expected. Finally making some progress in figuring out what’s wrong with my heart and why I’m so damn weak/dizzy all the time. I actually kinda enjoyed work today, just me in the office and some nice chill music. Tried to drive after not getting behind the wheel of a car in over a year…. Let’s just say I’m glad I don’t like driving and prefer walking anyway haha. I than got pulled into a drama show involving 20+ year old GUYS. So clearly that was just peachy! Now it’s time to tucker down for the night and prepare for yet another day in my life :) goodnight everyone!

Ended up cutting the fishing trip short, was out there for about 5 hours and 4.5 of that it was pouring like hell! Caught 7 fish and released em all back. I had a blast and it was actually very nice to be away from people for some time. Feeling really good right now. Now to finish off the day kicking back and relaxing what more could a man ask for :)

Well took care of pt and my classes and watched all my friends leave to go to there respective home towns. Went fishing with a buddy that stayed in town and had a good time. Now as he is off smoking the green stuff I’m chilling in the good ol dorm room. Got some credence playing and taking it easy. Tomorrow I’ll be going back to the fishing hole in the morning and stay till the sun goes down. Won’t have any company except Jesus and the fishes, which really isn’t gonna be all that bad. Missing the family a bit today but I’ll see them soon enough I’m sure. Hope everyone has an incredible Easter!
